Although the service was great, the lady was very nice, but it comes down to the food. I ordered a mini cheese tart like bites and once we were picking up our food to eat, we noticed that there was a bug underneath one of the small bites and sorry, but we instantly had to throw it away.

Clearly, the staff hate their jobs. One cashier simply walked away when her shift ended, regardless of how many customers were still waiting, and no one took over, leaving a long line at the register. When another employee finally stepped in, she is cold and unwelcoming, as if she is being forced to help. Poor service and a lack of organization.

I was looking for a chocolate cake for my daughters birthday and their *Deluxe Chocolate Mousse 8" cake was perfect! It was light, fluffy and melted in your mouth with just the right amount of sweetness. I would highly recommend this. And the service at the Spectrum location was also top notch, I was able to purchase it and then pick it up after I completed my shopping. Definitely coming back for this one, especially since it was under $40.

If you are a fan of baked goods and pastries this is definately a place to try. I remember some years ago when 85degree first came into the market the long lines seemed endless and I never had the patience to wait in line. Boy was that a stupid decision. Tried it today and I will be back. The pastries are out for display and pick up all in bags and all look incredible. I have to admit I did not know what everything was but it all looked magnificent! I understand that everything is fresh and restocked through out the day. I did not seem to be outragously priced, although not cheap by any means. It is pick up what you want go to the counter and pay and pick up a beverage if you like. Frankly it was all a little confusing as the coffee offerings are not all that obvious. They do have a wide variety of beverages, including Boba. There is no or very little inside seating. The only utensiles are plastic forks. There are seats outside. I enjoyed the treat I got, look forward to the next visit, probably not at the Spectrum.

This bakery was busy and amazing. At least one hundred different fresh pastries and baked goods. Great coffee and staff was polite and service was solid We took a few boxes of pastries home for the kids. The store is well organized and clean. You can order at a kiosk or the counter. Coffee was served hot and delicious. Everything was ADA compliant.
